Nov. 23, 2009 - The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen was recently awarded $1.73 million to implement fuel management projects within the regional district.  Valhalla Consulting successfully helped the RDOS apply for this money and has the contract to manage their wildfire risk reduction and fuel management program.  Fuel treatment operations have begun and will continue until March 2011.
