Many assessments include the use of mapping and/or the modelling results to visually and spatially depict key environmental features. These products may take several forms. The most common being: 1) simply displaying observed plant/wildlife locations, 2) modelling important vegetation/wildlife habitat based on information found in the variety of spatial data sets, or 3) creating those spatial datasets designed to document and display specific biophysical and/or socially important environmental features (i.e. TEM, SEI, ESA).
